*All times in transit are estimates. Diesel Rose is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. Note that international delivery times vary due to customs inspections.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
All our orders ship from our warehouses in Canada. For international orders, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation when Diesel Rose has shipped your order. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Diesel Rose is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please ensure that you have provided an accurate address and contact information with your order.
EXCHANGES
To ensure that the set of lashes you receive are untouched, and unworn by any other customer there are no refunds or exchanges. This allows our company to offer you a sanitary, hypoallergenic product. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact our support team for further information about obtaining a replacement.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. Diesel Rose reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. Returns will be accepted with authorisation from Customer Service.
REFUSED PACKAGES
A $15 USD Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
